How it works

We work with schools and donors nationwide

Once a school decides to partner with All for Lunch, we create a school specific page on our website and link to share with their community. 100% of donations that come in through that donation page will go directly to that school and paying off school lunch debt. Many schools find success when the link is shared by the staff, PTA and community members to raise awareness of the mission and goal of eliminating school lunch debt. All for Lunch handles gathering the donations, providing tax-receipts to donors, and helps to establish ongoing monthly support.

Who Should Checks Be Made Out To?

Our goal at All for Lunch is to not only eliminate school lunch debt but also to work to keep schools and students lunch debt free. Because of this, we allow donors to become monthly supporters of your school through your unique landing page. Your school page and donation form will be active year-round, and donations will be sent accordingly. Any donations that are received above your current school lunch debt will be an opportunity to fund reserve accounts at your school to help cover the cost of meals when students do not have the funds or to pay off lunch debt as it occurs. By utilizing an All for Lunch fundraising page, you agree that funds received from All for Lunch will only be used to eliminate school lunch debt or fund lunch reserve accounts. Please Sign Below.

100% of donations that come in through your unique donation page will be allocated to your school. The donation platform that we utilize gives the donor the option to cover their 3.83% processing fee or have it taken off the top of their donation. If the donor does not cover the processing fee, you will receive all the funds given after that fee is processed. All for Lunch does not receive any portion of this processing fee as it is solely through the payment processor. The donation report will include if this fee was covered or not for each donation. How does a school partner with All for Lunch?

If you are a school with lunch debt and would like to partner with All for Lunch, simply fill out the form below. Please include your school name, city, state, and total school lunch debt. Our team will then create your school-specific fundraiser and send it to your school to share! Once we receive your information, we will create a fundraising page on our website and provide you with the link to share. On that page, there will be a unique donation form that will allocate any donations that come in on that page to your fundraiser accordingly. All for Lunch will handle collecting donations, sending tax receipts, and distributing funds to the school.

Where do funds come from to pay off lunch debt?

All for Lunch relies entirely on donations from community members and businesses to eliminate school lunch debt within the districts that we work with. This is why we create unique school/district fundraisers so that funds that come in for a specific area can be allocated accordingly. We find schools have the most success not only eliminating their lunch debt one time, but keeping it eliminated by sharing the fundraising page through their PTA, social media accounts and parent/community communications. Many donors sign up to give monthly, allowing funds to continue to support their local schools.

Will All for Lunch pay off the lunch debt of my entire school?

Because All for Lunch relies entirely on donations from community members and local businesses we are not always able to eliminate the entirety of the lunch debt for a given school or district. We work closely with schools to help create a compelling and engaging fundraising page on our website, and share tips with schools to increase community donations and involvement with the goal of not only eliminating the school lunch debt in time but also keeping schools lunch debt free moving forward.

When and how are funds delivered from All for Lunch to a school?

All for Lunch receives donations daily throughout any given month. Our team runs donation reports at the beginning of each month and funds raised through your unique fundraiser donation form will be sent between the 15th and 20th of the following month.

Can an entire district or county partner with All for Lunch?

YES! We LOVE to partner with entire districts to help keep schools lunch debt free! On your unique district landing page, we will have a donation form that not only collects funds for your district but also allows donors to specify if there is a specific school where they would like their funds applied. We send you all donation specifications when funds are distributed each month.

What does it cost to partner with All for Lunch?

Partnering with All for Lunch is FREE! We have no hidden fees or costs and 100% of donations that come in through your unique page go directly back to your school.

Can I fundraise for a school as an individual? Can my group/church/company start a fundraiser?

Absolutely! Many of our fundraising campaigns are started by individuals like you that are interested in helping their local schools eliminate school lunch debt. Our process works the same way in which we create a fundraising page and provide you with a link to share. On that page, there is a unique fundraising form that allows us to identify any donations that come in for your fundraiser and allocate them accordingly.
