Today we had the opportunity to visit with Walnut Grove Elementary School located in Suwanee, Georgia. There we not only paid off the entire lunch debt for the school, but we also added funds to the All for Lunch Reserve Account. If a child ever finds that they do not have the money in their lunch account when they go to check out, the Reserve Account will cover the cost of the meal. The child will never know that they were serviced by the Reserve Accounts, allowing them to go right through the lunch line alongside their peers without the embaressment and stress of having food removed from their trays.
Thank you to the cafeteria staff for taking the time to meet with us today and get the funds applied accordingly. Now Walnut Grove ES will go into 2020 lunch debt free!
