Chattahoochee Elementary School is now lunch debt free!

All for Lunch started this beautiful Wednesday morning off with a visit to Chattahoochee Elementary School in Duluth, GA where I dropped off a check for $1,400 to not only eliminate the school lunch debt but also fund the All for Lunch reserve account! Now no child at Chattahoochee Elementary will go into lunch debt to pay for their meal and can access the reserve funds if they ever do not have the lunch money to cover the cost of their lunch. 

I had a wonderful visit with Principal Lee and Cafeteria Manager Mr. Windsor as well as had the opportunity to speak with school counselor and staff. Towards the end of our visit we had some students come us and ask about the $1400 check. Principal Lee asked the kids in the group what they would each do with $1400 and their answers ranged from ‘give it to poor people’ and ‘donating it to charity.’ What big hearts these kids have!
