Today we met with Cobb County Schools to pay off the lunch debt of all 61 elementary schools in the county totaling over $20,000. Now no child at these schools will go into this holiday season with school lunch debt! We are excited to partner with Cobb County to help keep kids in their school district lunch debt free throughout the school year.
100% of your tax-deductible donation goes towards eliminating school lunch debt and fighting against childhood food insecurity. Together we can help make sure children as young as 5 years old in kindergarten can have access to lunch at school. With the average school lunch costing about $3.50 a day, your donation can help make a substantial impact in a child’s school day.
